Customer Service Representative

 Job role : Customer service relationship

 Job description :

Manage inbound & outbound calls .

Taking orders via phone or our website .

Cross Selling of the company products .

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction .

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions and follow up with Loyal Customers .

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies .

 Job Requirements:

University Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 Years Proven customer support experience .

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Good command of written and spoken English.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Good Computer/Internet Knowledge .

Strong Negotiation Skills .

HR Recruiter

Job role: Human Resources

Job description:

Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance.
• Recruiting candidates for both urgent& planned vacant positions.
• Figure recruitment needs with department managers, Prepare requirement. Announcements using different means ads, requirement agencies, etc.
• Source and attract candidates by using social media etc.
• Screening (Entry, Senior& Managerial levels) candidate’s resumes and job applications.
• Headhunting and executive search for the high positions which required from high or foreign. 
• Schedule interviews, testing candid dates conduct phone and face to face interviews, Select calibers form HR perspective to fill vacant positions.
• Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires.
• Responsible for the recording of leave and attendance on the Oracle program.
• Recommend new channel/source of recruitment.

Gender : female

Age: maximum 27

Education : human resources certificate is a must

Computer skills: excellent MS Office is a must

Experience : 1 year
