#Matbakh_Auf's Quinoa salad 👌🏻 Ingredients:1 Cup of Quinoa2 Cup of Water½ Cup of chopped parsley2 Tbsp of chopped Mint1 Cup of Walnuts1 Cup of Baby Spinach1 Cherry Tomato4 Asparagus ½ Cup of Sweet Corn1/2 Cup of sautéed Mushrooms 1 Cucumber1 Red OnionsPinch of SaltPinch of Pepper4 TBSP Olive Oil2 TBSP lemon juiceSteps:1- Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the quinoa, stir once, and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, over medium heat for 12 minutes.
